JASON COOPER

From biking RAGBRAI to surfing in Australia to riding his Harley to work, Jason never misses an opportunity to get outdoors and do something exciting. He brings that same energy to his design projects – passionate about helping his clients meet their goals, their schedule, and their budget.

How did you decide on your career path?

As a child, I spent most of my time outdoors, usually in the timber exploring and building tree houses. Even then I enjoyed envisioning something and then seeing it built. I also remember the awe-inspiring feeling I got as a child seeing the distinctive architecture in different cities during family vacations.

What is your favorite part of the design process?

The initial schematic design meeting is my favorite part, because we get to discuss the client’s wish list with them and learn what they need. It’s very satisfying to talk through the process and see the excitement from a client when their ideas start to come together on paper.
