DETAILS: 88,000 s.f. new pre-engineered metal building indoor turf practice facility including an outdoor practice field, lobby, offices, classrooms, band equipment and athletic storage and vending/concessions.

DETAIL: The D+B process reduced the time of occupancy by one year by accelerating the design process and utilizing fast track construction methods which overlapped design activities.

DETAILS: This design + build project teamed FEH with Hubbell Realty to provide suite-style campus housing for 500 Drake students. The buildings provide an attractive transition from campus buildings to adjacent residential areas.
ROLE: Iowa Air Reserve National Guard Design + Build
DETAIL: FEH DESIGN completed the “Project Requirements Manual” (PRM) for Design Build bridging documents that defined all the technical, design, site and spatial requirements for a new 92,600 sf Readiness Center with General Purpose Training Bay component. FEH also performed technical reviews of design submittals, shop drawings and full-time on-site review as the “Owner Representative and Advisor.
