The Sioux City design office was established in 1958, after a group of Iowa school board members visited a Foss school in Minnesota while on a fishing trip. The group was so impressed that they invited our firm to design their new school. (True story!) We fell in love with Siouxland, so we moved in and the rest is history!
Our Siouxland office has completed many notable projects such as the Terre Centre (now Ho-Chunk Centre), MidAmerican Energy Corporate Headquarters, Great West Casualty Company, Tyson Events Center, and the restorations of Orpheum Theatre and Warrior Hotel. Our team passionately designs schools, libraries, churches and so much more for our Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota communities.
