Located in Des Moines, DeeZee is a premier truck accessories manufacturer whose long history of providing innovative, hardworking solutions has made them a trusted brand by top names in the auto industry. DeeZee looked to FEH to design a facility that would consolidate its Research & Development team and create a space to showcase its dedication to offering durable, functional and stylish products. FEH was challenged to turn a run-down area off the main plant, originally intended to house a water suppression tank, into a showplace for top auto executives to be ‘wowed’ by. The DeeZee brand is woven throughout the facility by the use of industrial, yet refined materials, signature diamond plate patterns in key locations, and a unifying two-story feature wall. Amenities are housed on two levels overlooking a central vehicle bay. They include a dedicated product display area, with space devoted to company history, a glass front conference room, and private offices with new furnishings.
