Tell us what/where is your favorite place to draw inspiration … I love to travel and really enjoy seeing regional architecture wherever I go. It inspires me to think differently.
Tell us what made you decide on your career path … I loved drawing at an early age. My teachers suggested architecture to me. So I headed that direction and never looked back.
Tell us what you love the most about working at FEH Design … The variety of project types and clients we work for. Variety is the spice of life.
Tell us about your favorite project that you have worked on … I like to work on unusual projects, so I have many favorites. But the one that means the most to me is the World War II Memorial at the State Capital Complex. My dad was a World War II Vet and I lost him many years ago. That project allowed me to connect with him again.
Tell us about someone that inspires you … My Mom. She gave me strong values and work ethic. She has always given back to her community through volunteer efforts which was passed on to me and my family. She still volunteers at several organizations by working most days of the week. She is 92 and still going strong. I should be so lucky.
