Our team analyzed and refined the City of Pleasant Hill’s master plan to create a full design document set for a new public safety building and satellite fire station a couple miles east of their existing safety facility. The new site is appropriately sized for current and future growth and designed with security in mind. The main building houses a public community room, emergency operations center, offices, booking area, evidence room, and staff break area. The satellite fire station holds emergency vehicles, equipment, and office space.
With the police department at the new site, the existing site was renovated into an expanded fire station. Now both public safety departments in Pleasant Hill have the needed space to function within their growing community.
