Royall School District partnered with FEH Design to develop a comprehensive plan for enhancing its facilities. Our process included staff interviews, facility assessments, space evaluations, and collaboration with the district and JBAD Solutions LLC to prepare and refine a FEMA BRIC program grant application.
We engaged the community through public and virtual meetings, design workshops, and a district-wide survey to gather input and share information. This effort led to a successful referendum focused on critical facility improvements, including:
FEH Design guided the referendum process, helping the district secure voter approval. The project has transformed Royall School District’s facilities, creating a safer, more functional, and connected environment for students, staff, and the community.
