The new Dubuque County campus features a shop/garage building, a five-department office building, and a three-stall covered bunker. The office building houses the County Engineering department, the Soil and Water department, the County Health department, the County Zoning department, and the County Assessor department. The 58,300 sf shop/garage, with 37 stalls, stores the large equipment in a climate-controlled space. The fully equipped service shop contains multiple stalls, wash bay, and a five-ton capacity lift.
