The City of Creston enlisted the services of FEH Design to address the needs at their public works facility. The team conducted a space needs assessment with the city administrator and public works staff, identifying numerous issues with the existing site and building. The City decided to construct a new building at a different site, which now includes 5 maintenance bays, a wash bay, welding area, tire machine area, offices, a break room, restrooms with showers, lockers, storage, and parking for 15 vehicles. The project was financed through a successful bond issue.
