With a spirit of creative curiosity, Cole has a passion for fatherhood and the craft of bread-making. Cole leverages his technical expertise and artistic energy to produce the highest quality of design and promote the well-being of people around him as an architect and office manager. 

How did you decide on your career path?

I always wanted to be an architect! As a child, I was eager to create, fascinated by place-making and form-shaping. So, I followed the advice of a wise man… and the rest was history: “Commit your ideas to the Lord, and your plans will be established” – King Solomon.

What is your favorite part of the design process?

The stroke of the pen bringing life to a vision; the click of the mouse creating precision. The skill of the team informing decisions; the joy of the dream brought to fruition.

How are you creating vibrant communities through design?

I advocate for environments that embody user-friendliness, enable knowledge-sharing, and engage sensory experience. Design is the driving force. It reflects on what was, reacts to what is, and reaches for what is to come.

What makes Wisconsin a great place to live?

My family and I recently relocated from Oklahoma, so everything in Wisconsin is new and exciting!
