For more than 20 years, FEH has been assisting the Sioux City Public Library System with renovation and furnishings replacement projects at several facilities. The Wilbur Aalfs (Main) Library interior renovation is the latest transformation from FEH DESIGN. The main library is housed in a former bank building in the middle of downtown Sioux City. The project involved a complete modernization of the facility including renovations and new furnishings. Both the main and upper levels were gutted and reconfigured to better serve patrons. New signage and shelving were designed throughout the facility and all interior finishes were replaced or renovated.
