Polk City Hall and Community Center

Polk City, Iowa

Polk City needed a larger, more efficient space to better serve the growing community, and this new facility does just that while paying tribute to the city’s rich history. With a design that blends tradition and innovation, the new building features:

  • A public lobby and office spaces for City Staff
  • A community room that accommodates up to 180 guests
  • Flexible Council Chambers with a moveable partition wall
  • Exterior-access public restrooms for guests visiting the City Square
  • Parks & Rec storage and room for future growth

This project is the result of a collaborative effort to provide Polk City with a dynamic facility that meets today’s needs while looking toward the future.
