Q&A with Intern Architect Isaac

How did you decide on your career path?

My Aunt and Uncle are architects, I remember getting plans and sections as wrapping paper. I also enjoyed playing with Legos, creating whatever my heart desired.

What is your favorite part of the design process?

The beginning when the sky’s the limit and the possibilities are infinite. I also love when I can get into the details of how the building is assembled.

How are you creating vibrant communities through design?

By listening to those in the community, trying to create a personal connection with them, and designing buildings for their needs.

Where is your favorite place to visit in the Midwest?

Devil’s Lake in Wisconsin
