FEH DESIGN was retained by the Harlan Community School District to design major upgrades to the District’s Track & Field Facility. This project included a new synthetic football / soccer field, synthetic track resurfacing, new fencing, bleachers, field lighting, new scoreboard and a concessions plaza. The project both modernized an aging track & field complex and addressed accessibility issues.
