Dupaco Community Credit Union

Cedar Falls, Iowa

FEH Design, as a continued partner with Dupaco Community Credit Union, designed a new member-focused learning lab in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

This two-story, 10,000+ square foot learning lab branch underpins the credit union’s mission to improve each member’s financial well-being. The branch design better enables Dupaco staff to help members understand and control their money through hands-on demonstration of Dupaco desktop, tablet, and mobile deposit services, and more.

On-site branch employees can focus on having deeper conversations with members about money, thanks to a technology called a live video teller. Live tellers will conduct real-time, face-to-face transactions from a distance. Dupaco employees located at a central location in Dubuque will remotely operate the Cedar Falls Learning Lab lobby and drive-through video teller machines.

The central lobby allows for customer privacy and comfort, while the custom graphics and color palette create a consistent brand recognition. Offices and meeting rooms are lofted onto the 2nd floor mezzanine with views onto the public lobby, creating visual interaction and transparency throughout.
