FEH DESIGN was hired by Sioux City’s long-standing Chevrolet Dealership to remodel their existing facility and to design additions including new car delivery bays, and a new trademark entry element with paved terrace for showcasing new cars. The design of the remodeling adhered to Chevrolet’s strict guidelines yet included some unique touches creating a modern and updated look to this forty-year-old masonry structure. The exterior was clad in a new skin of aluminum composite panels while the interior received new flooring, ceilings and wall finishes along with coordinated furnishings and updated customer amenities.
